This one-hour Quantum Healing session offers a focused space to work with one priority issue or theme that your system is ready to address. It is well suited for those new to this work, those returning for support with something specific, or for anyone wishing to experience a single session before committing to a longer process. Each session is guided by subtle energy testing and intuitive awareness, allowing us to identify where energy is disrupted or out of balance and support the system in releasing what is ready to shift. The work is responsive rather than prescriptive, meaning the session follows what your body and energy field indicate is most relevant at the time. People often seek these sessions for support with physical discomfort, emotional or mental stress, unresolved experiences, relationship challenges, or periods of feeling stuck or depleted. While meaningful shifts can occur in a single session, for those experiencing more complex, long-term patterns, the Five-Week Foundational Alignment Process allows time for deeper assessment, clearing, and integration. Many people choose to start with a one-hour session before deciding whether a longer process feels aligned. You may notice subtle sensations during the session as energy begins to move and reorganise. Some changes are felt immediately, while others continue to integrate over the days or weeks that follow. It’s recommended to allow yourself time to rest after the session, as the body often continues processing once the work is complete. Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp using a combination of text, voice note, or phone call. I will message you before the session begins to let you know I am starting the clearing work. Following the session, you will either receive a recorded audio with feedback or we will speak directly if discussion feels helpful or necessary.
