Sound Journey Meditation
A unique sound experience for group of four £25pp
Service Description
A deeply relaxing group sound meditation designed to calm the nervous system and restore energetic balance. The session combines guided meditation with therapeutic sound frequencies from gongs, singing bowls and shamanic instruments to support deep relaxation and inner stillness. Sessions take place in person in a peaceful, candlelit space near Abergavenny. Mats, blankets and cushions are provided. Simply bring comfortable clothing and allow yourself time to fully unwind.
Synergy Booking Policy: 1. Please give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel. 2. A cancellation given in less than 24hrs will not be refunded. 3. If you are 30 mins late for a 1-2-1 session, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. 4. A no-show session payment will be used to cover lost time. 5. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be allocated toward a new 1-2-1 service. 6. Cancellation payments can be deposited using the PayPal link. Note: Sometimes 1-2-1 sessions may need to run over, if this happens please use PayPal to provide an additional payment to cover my extra time.
